1. About these terms
These terms set out the conditions for using the "Semiconductor Master" app (the "App") provided by Lifedetox (the "Operator"), and the rights and obligations of the Operator and users. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. What the App provides
The App helps you prepare for semiconductor careers with the following content and features:
- Semiconductor basics lessons, major track lessons (device, circuit, process, packaging, quality), and role guides
- Interview questions with speaking practice, mock interviews, and behavioral interview practice
- Real-world troubleshooting cases and 8D write-ups
- Process games (simulator, process condition labs, defect diagnosis, and more) and process flow charts
- A glossary with flashcard review and speed quizzes
- A career test, role levels, and daily quests
- Career tips, resume and interview checklists, and study reminders
Some content is free; the rest requires a pass. The Operator decides what is free, and this may change.
3. Passes
- There are two passes, both one-time purchases. They do not renew or charge you again automatically.
- Lifetime Pass: no end date.
- Season Pass (90 days): available for 90 days from purchase. If you buy again while time remains, another 90 days are added after the remaining period.
- If you have a Season Pass, you can upgrade to the Lifetime Pass by buying the upgrade product shown in the App.
- The App shows the time left on a Season Pass starting 7 days before it ends. When it ends, paid content is locked, but the study records on your device remain.
- A pass gives you access, for its duration, to the content unlocked by passes at the time of purchase and to content the Operator later adds to the pass. Content sold separately as its own paid product is not included, and the App will tell you before you buy.
- "No end date" for the Lifetime Pass means for as long as the service operates. If the service ends, we will give advance notice as described in section 9.
- A pass is linked to the store account (Google or Apple) used to buy it and to the App account you sign in with. It cannot be transferred or resold. One account can be used on up to 2 devices at the same time, and registered devices can be removed up to 2 times every 30 days. Devices not used for 90 days are removed automatically.
